The exhibition embodies the long-awaited dream of combining the works of Elena Pryduvalova, Oleksiy Apollonov, and his father, Ivan Apollonov, in one space.
This joint project reveals the days, times, and moments of a terrible year that were "lived" in Kyiv in Oleksiy and Olena's workshops.
The main work of the exposition is "Cherry Orchard", created by Ivan Apollonov in 1972. The composition made in glass (crystal) over time, and especially today, has acquired new vital meanings. This is the image of our life, the Ukrainian home, which we all think about with a sinking heart. It is beautiful but so tender and fragile.
We invite you to the opening, which will take place at 6 PM in the large hall of the gallery at 86/1 Holosiivskyi Avenue.
