Waiting for cities without cities

A joint project of a young master from Lviv, Petr Smetana, and his talented student, Solomiya Chubay, is opening at the Imagine Point Gallery of Contemporary Art.

The ephemeral landscapes of Pyotr Smetana are characterized by a special, signature dramaturgy. The viewer is enveloped by a ringing atmosphere of presence in places that at first glance seem abandoned or abandoned. The author's art encourages the viewer to plunge into history, memories to feel the power of places of power.

Solomiya Chubai sings of nature in its original form in her works. Her painting gives us an amazingly real feeling of freedom, enjoying the magical beauty of the earth. The artist's paintings seem to immerse us in a long-forgotten, alluring childhood reality.
