Treasure Island

The creativity of each of them is an inner island with its secrets, joys, stories, and symbols, which they carefully keep within themselves. This island is open to other souls and hearts that are ready to touch the worlds of artists.

Nelli Isupova's ceramics are characterized by special color energy unique to her, masterfully embodied in exquisite plastic forms. Her character images are often surreal-paradoxical, unexpected, and always recognizable. Oleh Kolbanov's painting is also completely unique. "I don't use verbal thinking when painting - I think in color, stain, line, rhythm, rejecting the difference between the real and the abstract."

He was born and lived most of his life in Mykolaiv, near the sea, and forever retained the feeling of large spaces, sun, wind, and freedom. He drives a yacht, and here, near Kyiv, he travels along the Dnieper between islands in search of his treasures, known only to him, which will later fill his canvases. Nelli is a real traveler, engaged in Eastern spiritual practices. Spain, Greece, Egypt, India... Bali, Goa... Everywhere, one hears the whisper of the waves and absorbs the warm rays. Touching eternity, delving into the wisdom of ancient civilizations, he is constantly looking for a way to himself.

Nelli Isupova and Oleh Kolbanov filled their Island with unique treasures found in themselves on the eve of the holidays we are all waiting for, despite the war and disagreements. It is now essential for each of us to find our own cozy, blooming island where we can admire real jewels and dream.
