The title of the exhibition, "HOW NOT TO LOVE YOU", held at the Avangarden Gallery, sounds familiar to everyone who loves Kyiv. It offers viewers to discover the city through the prism of the vision of Ukrainian artists.

Yurii Denysenkov demonstrates the canvas (2021) "Antenna". Everything is changing, and in the city, which is more than 1,500 years old, buildings made of glass and concrete are growing on the site of ancient temples. And in Denysenkov's painting, a parabolic antenna hangs in a place of the plastered outlet. Even if it is not correct, from the point of view of aesthetics, it is a natural process which is the "layering of time".

The graphic works of Dmytro Milov are presented at the exhibition. The artist began creating the series "Burning" in anticipation of the great war in 2021. The author demonstrates moments from the life of the city with photographic accuracy. It creates an impression of presence and conveys the power of emotions and the drama of events.

The creative duo Marharyta Sherstiuk and Ihor Kanivets presented the "Kyiv Cake" canvas. The name and image speak for themselves. This confectionery delicacy has long become one of the symbols of Kyiv.

The HOW NOT TO LOVE YOU project is an extraordinary art exhibition and a natural interaction experience with the capital. It transforms every viewer into a researcher and interpreter, revealing limitless possibilities of understanding and perception.
